Affordable, well equipped family friendly accommodation located near the Blue Flag sandy beach in Dawlish Warren, South Devon. A spacious two storey brick built alternative to a caravan, chalet or apartment. A club and pool complex on site offers guest entertainment to suit all ages. Fast fibreoptic powered WIFI, bedding and towels hire are all included in our hire price. Our minimum booking is two nights, and you may arrive any day of the week to suit. Arrive to beds made up ready for rest and relaxation. Free off-road car parking is available just outside, and a well presented communal garden area is just on the doorstep.

Dawlish Warren Blue Flag beach

A popular sandy beach resort with an 18 hole golf course, nature reserve, fun fair, crazy golf course, amusements arcade and go karts. There are fantastic views across the bay over to Exmouth. Visitors can enjoy cafes, takeaways and bars for dining out, snacks and drinks. The train and bus stops just by the beach, and the coastal walk into Dawlish town is popular amongst visitors to the area. There are some parts of the nature reserve and beach where dogs are permitted. There are ample parking spaces under the bridge near the beach, or before the bridge opposite Warren Bridge Inn.

The Tropicana Pool Complex

The Welcome Family Holiday Park has a leisure complex that guests may use during their stay if they buy tickets. This is an indoor heated facility. There is a fun tropical themed pool with jets and bubbles, sports pool, splash pool for infants and bubble whirlpool spa. Changing rooms are provided with lockers, and life guards are on duty at all times. The pool is open from Easter until the end of October (from 9am until 7pm everyday). Guests may also use the site playground, amusement arcade, sports pitch, Starlight diner, takeaway, laundrette and shops if they wish.

The Starlight club

Our guests may use the club for free during the day, and pay for the evening entry if they wish. A different West end themed musical show is presented to guests every night of the week by the resident entertainment team. There are competitions and bingo offered, as well as a separate Kids zone club. Children are welcome to stay with you all evening until closing. Paddy's bar is just across the road, offering free admission every day and night. Dogs are welcome in the bar area. There is a daily entertainment programme available there throughout the season, including art workshops, bingo, live cabaret and darts competitions.

Out and About in South Devon

There are a variety of shops, cafes, takeaways, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk of our accommodation. The train and bus stop in Dawlish Warren on a regular basis throughout the day and evening.

Our holiday homes are the perfect base for exploring the beautiful coastline of South Devon. There are ample beaches, nature parks, theme parks, theatres, historical sites and wildlife attractions to visit during your stay with us.
