How to book a holiday with us
We have two price bands for our accommodation, and it includes bedding and towels hire, as well as access to our fast guest WIFI channel. There is no extra charge for bringing your dog(s), or for hiring our travel cot. Booking direct with us is always cheaper than booking through a third party platform. We pass those commission savings onto you. All peak prices, which means school summer holidays, are £130 per night per villa. All other dates (including Easter, Whitsun and October school holidays) are just £100 per night per villa. If you make a reservation during the off-peak dates for 7 nights or more, we will reduce the nightly rate to £80. So, a week outside summer school holidays is just £560!
We accept a 10% deposit on any available dates, with the remainder payable anytime up until one month before your holiday start date. You can pay for your holiday by instalment over several months if you wish. Our minimum booking is 2 nights.
Guests may use the site facilities during all open times if they wish. Entrance to the Starlight club is free every day, but guests need to buy passes from 6pm. The Tropicana leisure pool complex also requires a pass that can be purchased daily, as required. Current prices for passes are in the booking information pack. There is no obligation to use the site facilities, and guests may prefer to go over the road to Paddy's bar where admission is free.

We do not accept reservations for hen, stag, college leaver or similar groups with the intention of holding a party or similar. While we accept up to two dogs per villa, it is upon the condition that your pet(s) are not left unattended in our accommodation. This is a site rule, and reflects the potential noise disturbance of prolonged barking to neighbours. We are unable to accept any other larger pet, such as cats.
We do not accept reservations from guests seeking a long-stay arrangement exceeding 28 days. This includes third party bookings from the local authority seeking emergency or temporary housing. Our leasehold terms and insurance would not allow us to accept such a booking.
The lead guest will be required to sign the booking form, either before or on the start date of their holiday. The lead guest shall also provide one form of photographic ID to the property manager, who will meet you on site with the keys when you arrive. A copy will be taken for security and insurance purposes. Please be advised that we are unable to accept any booking from anyone unwilling to follow these procedures.
