Our two storey holiday homes in Dawlish Warren
We are a family run holiday rental business based in Dawlish Warren, South Devon. Three properties are available for hire, which are all in the same quiet block on the Welcome family holiday park. All of our properties have been recently modernised, and are well-equipped for family friendly holidays by the seaside. Each property has access to our exclusive fibreoptic powered WIFI channel, which is just for our guests. It allows multiple connections for email, social media, gaming and more. Our holiday homes have many modern appliances, such as a multi-functional air fryer, USB charging ports, and a smart TV. There is another TV in the bedroom upstairs.

There is free off-road car parking on both sides of the block, and a well-presented communal garden just on the doorstep. Our guests have picnic benches, and there are plenty of books and toys provided for family entertainment while enjoying the Devon sunshine. A stroll to Dawlish Warren beach is just seven minutes away, and there are plenty of pubs, cafes, shops and amusements within easy reach. Our guests may enjoy the facilities of the Welcome Family Holiday Park if they wish. These include the Starlight clubhouse, with Kids zone club, or the Tropicana Pool complex. Tickets for either can be purchased daily from the site office. Other facilities available on site include a playground, sports pitch, launderette, shops and takeaways.

Inside our accommodation
Sleeping arrangements
There are two bedrooms upstairs, plus a sofa bed and guest bed in the lounge on the ground floor. There is a double bedroom, plus family room on the first floor. Here you will find a triple bunk bed (double plus single), and extra single bed. There is a TV in this room, and space for a travel cot (we hire out this equipment at no charge, if requested). There are alcove wardrobes in the upstairs hallway and family room.
Bathroom
There is an electric shower over the full size bath tub, with separate basin and baby bath. The full sized electric water heater is located in this room, and supplies hot water to the taps on both floors.
Downstairs
The lounge has a three seater sofa bed, plus extra sofa and reading chair. There is a smart TV provided, along with books and games for family fun. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering holidays. There is a fridge freezer, multi-functional air fryer, 60l oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and hob. We supply a vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, clothing hangers, fans, high chair and dog gate to block the front door. There is a large kitchen table with 8 chairs, plus a sofa. Just outside, there is a picnic bench supplied with sun umbrella, overlooking attractive lawn gardens.
Standard size double bed, plus cabinets and wall heater. Fan, reading lamp and wardrobe space just outside. A triple bunk bed (single plus double), with extra single bed and TV. Cabinets, rails and chair. A triple seater sofa bed, extra sofa and reading chair are provided, along with coffee table and Smart TV. A 60L oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, multi-functional air fryer, toaster and fridge freezer. On demand electric shower over bath, plus basin. Full sized water heater for the taps. Separate WC with basin. A picnic bench overlooking well presented communal gardens, with lawn area for relaxing in Devon sunshine. Stair gates There are roll away stair gates on the top and bottom step. Bath and toilet rails Secure rails are available in both rooms to help with mobility. There is a baby bath and changing mat provided. Guest safety measures We have installed wired fire and smoke alarms on both floors, combined with fire retardant doors on all first floor rooms. Upstairs windows have detachable latches to prevent falls. Push button window handles are fitted, along with the thumb turn lock on the front door.
